Newly remodeled house in Colonia Los Nogales. The house is large, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 private in 1 bedroom, the other is shared between the other 3 bedrooms). Large room with 55" RokuTV Netflix and Disney+. Kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meal you like with a bar for 4 people. Large dining room for 7 people. My partner Jacob and I (Jesus) love meeting people. We are always available by phone, and at the house when needed. When guests want, we even invite them to clubs, bars, and restaurants. We give them a tour of the cities of El Paso-Juarez, and occasionally transportation services to airports, bus stations, or any location indicated in El Paso-Juarez, or occasionally even further.

The house is in a "Private" neighborhood since there is only 1 entrance and exit, even though there are 4 streets (3 closed).

Laundry service is provided for a minimum booking of 4 nights.

The house is the second one on the corner. To park, you should always park in front of the house or on the corner (make sure you never block another neighbor's porch).
Los Nogales is a safe area in the city, close to many parks and restaurants.

When the change of season arrives.... (Cold to Heat and Heat to Cold) We must turn on the Air Conditioning, and turn off the Heating or Visa Versa. We try to organize ourselves to make the change when guests are not there, but since it is something that every house must do, and the technicians in the city are few, we apologize in advance and appreciate your understanding if we need to make the change during your stay. We try our best to do it before or after a reservation, but it's sometimes difficult to match a technician and available dates. During the process, we go up to the roof to either turn the air conditioning on or off, and inside the accommodation we turn the heating on or off, and we make sure that everything is working properly.
