The house consists of an entrance porch to the interior, where is the kitchen with a large fridge freezer and dishwasher, a single bedroom, a small bathroom and kitchen with washing machine, living room and exit to the terrace with table dining room.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one matrimonial and one with two single beds, both with possibility to add a bed, and a bathroom with shower.
For a total of about 80 square meters.
It is accessed by a private road of 40 mt.
Possibility of parking at the entrance of the garden for two cars not too big.
In the garden there is a barbecue and a wood oven, and a table to eat.

The house offers the opportunity to spend a holiday in a unique and authentic place, in the heart of the Mediterranean sea, with the comfort of having the sea in front of the house, in a quiet place.
