My place is walking distance to both downtown Royal and Ferndale, also minutes drive to downtown Detroit. You'll love my place because of the coziness, light, comfy bed/amenities but most of all the proximity to the best eating, shopping, nightlife & entertainment.

Interaction with guests
Never, unless guest's request in advance for a face-to-face meeting for some reason. There is a hide-a-key on property that let arriving guests into the studio, whenever they arrive for their convenience.
Upon check-out, departing guest simply returns hide-a-key back to same location where they found it on their way out the door (thereby making it available for the next guest who will be arriving to check-in for their stay...)
Parking space is available for both adjoining studio units located in two areas. The first area is immediately behind at the rear of the blue house. When you reach the studio(s) address (1030 E. 10 Mile Rd is address of driveway which you will turn into for reservations at both the (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) adjoining studio locations inside the blue house), you will turn into the cement driveway that runs alongside the blue house in-between it and the fenceline of outdoor park located next door (immediately to the house's east) & simply follow cement back until where it turns into gravel.
Where cement ends at rear of house and to your right you can turn right into space(s) there, facing front of your car to next door neighbor's fenceline, which has been designated to accommodate for up to 2 vehicles total to be able to park next to one another, facing the fenceline of the neighbor immediately to the west.
These 2 parking spaces total which are located behind the home are designated to be used as one space per studio unit (so, 1 space=front studio @1030 E. 10 Mile Rd & 1 space=back studio @1032 E. 10 Mile Rd) for only guests who are currently staying at the property.
For additional parking, or if driving larger vehicle and preferring more room for where you park, go past house's rear side parking area staying on the gravel and follow along, veering to your right as it becomes an alleyway running between back and sides of neighboring homes.
From here you will continue traveling straight, heading in-between the rear side fenceline of the studio's neighbor just to its west (passing on your right) and the garage-facing side of the white 2 story house behind studio and it's neighbor (passing it on your left). Continue following the alley out to where it reaches street (which is named Inman, fyi), and make immediate right to turn into spaces available there, which is also where the street Innman dead ends.
Make sure to pull front of your vehicle up close enough to the curb where road dead ends, so as not to block anyone inside alleyway for entry or departure by any of the homes who share this gravel and cement pathway to their own parking spot locations (alley is used by both the back and side neighboring homes, &/or other guests in adjoining studio unit).
Guests can will receive check-in instructions for where to retrieve their studio's door entry key the morning of day they are scheduled for check-in.
There is a studio unit located at the front of the home (1030 E. 10 Mile Rd) and another at the rear (1032 E. 10 Mile Rd), that although adjoining have their own separate entryways along with door keys to use when coming and going during their stay at the property.
Before making your final departure the last day of your stay, please complete the following tasks just prior to standard time for check-out from the studio:
1) Remove used bedding & place into washing machine, adding laundry detergent, and start on the regular wash cycle.
2) Place any other soiled linens and/or bath towels used during your stay on top of washing machine, or on floor in front of washer/dryer closet if unable to stack on top of washer's lid.
3) Pick up and then combine kitchen & bath trash into single bag, remove bag containing both & place in outside trash receptacle at side of house.
4) Rinse & load dishes into dishwasher any that were used during your stay.
5) Studio entry key(s) should be replaced either inside the hide-a-key unit (front studio) or lockbox on door handle (rear studio) in the same place and manner in which you found it upon your arrival.
(*** Please take designated trash can for studio you are staying in to the curb on Thursday night/early Friday morning for Friday garbage pick-up day if your reservation has you staying over on Thursday night.)
