We had a great time at Casa de Wow. They were really understanding when I made a mistake with my booking and were really welcoming. The room was comfortable, the view was fantastic and we really appreciated the breakfast packs they made us for our trip to Machu Picchu. If we get …

I stayed at Casa De Wow a total of 4 nights. One night before going to Machu Picchu and 3 following. This place is lovely, very welcoming, restful and deeply connected to Ollantaytambo spiritually. On a practical note there was good WIFI, hot showers every day and lovely room…

Casa de Wow was a lovely experience, I loved it's place just opposite from the easily visible Ollantaytambo ruins, river sounds, and our very friendly host family! The traditional Quecha bunk beds were also wonderfully comfortable especially after such a frustrating time with t…

My son and I stayed at Wow's place for 2 nights. Unfortunately, we became very ill the first night (food related-nothing to do with Case De Wow) but when Wow found out the next morning he went and got a plant and made us a tea to help our stomachs. His staff was very nice and h…

I rreserved the Kuka room, but they had a booking error and put me in the Kapuli room instead. When I asked about it, I was told that was the room I had reserved (although I knew I had specifically reserved Kuka in order to wake up to the view in bed from the bottom bunk as a sol…

Heidi, Thank you for staying with us. Our sincerest apologies your stay was not up to your expectations! we had been short staffed and going through mgmt/staffing changes. About the room misunderstanding.... Both rooms do basically have the same view so I am guessing the staff who checked you in maybe didn't think it to be a big deal. So sorry. Apologies for the lights out front as well. typically the sign is shut off in the evenings. And unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the street lights out front. those need to be on for safety. There will be English speakers there starting mid July however we do suggest downloading the free Pilot Translator app for non Spanish speakers for their travel here in Peru. and lastly.... huge apologies for not being able to meet Wow! :(He has been extremely busy the month of May with his dance group for Cinco de Mayo celebrations, continued construction on Temple de Wow and sewing his custom made jackets). If you are ever back in Peru please come and stay with us again so we can make it up to you and we'll make sure you meet the man of the creations! Also, we are installing a keyless entry pad on the outside entry door for safety and ease of entering. :)
