This is a private apartment in a communal residential property. The entrance to the flat is via a communal front door and hallway.
The hall is the only shared space. Allocated parking for one car is available.

This property is along a leafy drive in a quiet location with only patrons to the local vet practice passing the front door. One other private property is next door.
The cultural capital that is Stroud is but moments away and is within easy walking distance from both the train station and the town centre.
