Bremer Bay is a quiet, idyllic hamlet boasting a variety of white sandy beaches more at home on a postcard. Neighbouring the Fitzgerald River National Park, one of only two UNESCO listed biosphere's in WA, it is famous not only for it's iconic untouched beaches but also whale watching from May to October when Southern Right and Humpback whales migrate to it's safe waters to calve. It is also home to the Bremer Canyon, and the largest gathering of Orca's (Killer whales) in the southern hemisphere which occurs annually from Jan-April. Two tour companies run trips from January to April where you can explore the Bremer canyon and see the Orcas in their natural environment. The area is also renowned for its wild flowers and attracts many an enthusiast through wild flower season.
