Exterior stairs access a private apartment. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, with coffee, tea and condiments provided. Modern comforts overlooking beautiful landscape. Bedroom has a king size bed, sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.
You have full private use of the apartment. You are welcome to walk the property and enjoy the beautiful gardens.
Interaction with guests
We live on the property in the main house. We are available by phone or text while you are here and welcome any questions you may have about the area. We are happy to interact but will also respect if you prefer your privacy.

There is a small dog on the property. He does not have access to the apartment and has a fenced in area.

- Outdoor shoes kept on entrance mat. Please leave kitchen in clean and tidy condition . Please leave rubbish and towels in bin provided, at the bottom of the stairs after third day of your visit . Fresh and private
My husband and I live in the beautiful mid coast of Maine. I am gardener of flowers especially Peonys; which are for sale starting mid-june. We enjoy sailing. Going to the lake which is 8 minutes away or to the ocean and hiking. I ride horses when time allows. Eating fresh sea food from local places is a favorite. We enjoy live music and movie night intown . Desserts in Damariscotta . I have lived in New York , Florida, Colorado, North Carolina and visited around this country . Our most resent trip was to the big island of Hawai'i . My husband a Sea captain of 30 years, enjoys maine because its" safe and not to hot". We have two grown sons one married and a grand son too . We are social but enjoy the quiet of our place. Looking forward to meeting new friends and sharing info. about this area. Pemaquid Point light house is a must visit! There are 25 light houses in the mid coast we have been to 7 of them. Many nice places to have a picnic lunch. 16 golf courses, one right on the ocean. Our friend from N.Y. was blown away seeing schooners sailing by the 18th hole. I have more to share you will just have to visit us to find the very special places only locals know . Till then aloha
