Welcome to a little piece of heaven in the very heart of Paris.
After 8 years living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian studio, or "Chambre de bonne", just above our apartment but with total independence.
We have an un-beatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.
The studio is small, cozy and functional, it can host up to two guests, with a real bed that can become a double. It is located a the 6th floor of the building (we have an elevator up to the 5th floor, so just 1 flight of stairs to get there !).
You have your own toilet and shower, with an additional external toilet in the lobby shall you want to use it. You have a new (and super silent) fridge, a hot plate, cooking ware and a microwave. And of course free wifi.
For stays over one week, the price includes one cleaning per week with a change of fresh sheets and towels. If you wished to have more frequent cleaning it is possible, it will cost 15 euro per service.
Regarding check-in and check-out, official hours are after 5pm and before 12.00pm respectively, though if our agendas and other guest's bookings allow it, we are always happy to discuss luggage drop-off or more adapted hours so you can make the most of your stay!
Interaction with guests
We live in the flat on the 5th floor so if you need anything or some advice we'll be happy to help.
We care a lot about our little studio so as you'll understand, we only accept bookings by guests with a complete profile and picture.
If you are interested in staying over or need more information get in touch and we will confirm with you the availability of our place.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the studio, nor is throwing parties or bringing groups of people in. At the end of yoru stay we expect you to leave the place in order, with no dirty dishes and to throw away any litter or remaining food you bought.
In general, we would like our guests to behave with the same respect they'd like to see in people staying at their own place!
