Philippe is a nice host who gave us valuable tips about the surroundings. Unfortunately we were not lucky, as he told us, since we had some problems with the appartment : a broken shutter and a broken faucet! The faucet problem was not so bad, but the shutter was, as it stayed open. We had to insist for Philippe to put a makeshift curtain to block the light. He was still waiting for the missing part to repair it when we left and was sorry about it, but it made our stay less agreeable than we thought (no view and the wind howling at night). Something that is not mentioned in the ad and maybe should is that the bedrooms are adjoining : first, the one with the single beds and the double bed one behind it. The apartment is your typical French summertime rental : old second-hand furniture and equipment, nothing fancy and nothing extra, but the price and the cleanliness make it OK. Especially since the location is extraordinary! In front of the beach (just a small street to cross). And what beach! A very beautiful one, huge, with fine, white sand! I had a lot of fun with my kid there.
