Classic Pool Side Beach House in Fabulous Location! Recently renovated!

Minutes walk from Sorrento's main street, this private relaxed 4BR beach house is perfectly located an easy stroll to both the bay and back beaches.

Immaculately presented and recently updated, the large light-filled living and dining spaces (with OFP) overlook the gardens and solar heated swimming pool, whilst the new central gourmet kitchen is great for entertaining.

The space
Enjoy the sun soaked deck overlooking the pool in summer, or a cosy night on the sofa with an open fire in winter! This house is fabulous all year round. And all within walking distance to the Sorrento shopping district, and both bay and ocean beaches.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire house which is very well equipped with comfortable bedding (premium bed linen and towels are included) for 10 guests across 4 BR (1 KS, 1 QS, 2 DB with 2 SB bunks above). The bedrooms have been freshly painted, with lovely new carpet underfoot.

The large dining space comprises a gorgeous dining table with seating for 10 people, and and the family area has an oversized deep sofa with accompanying armchairs opposite a cosy wood Jetmaster OFP and a large smart TV (65in, 4K HDR).

The new kitchen comprises European appliances including 2 digital AEG ovens, 2 Miele dishwashers, induction cooktop, large French door refrigerator, microwave, Thermomix, and Nespresso/Breville Oracle coffee machines.

There are three updated modern bathrooms (1 shower over bath, other 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 hairdryers), separate toilet, and laundry with front loader washing machine and clothes dryer.

There is a second living area with sofa and TV, and downstairs kids retreat with TV, beanbags and plenty of toys, books and DVDs. A portacot, 2 Ikea high chairs and change mat are also available.

Guests can access the beautiful gardens, solar heated swimming pool and north-west facing private decking area with large BBQ plumbed to mains gas.

There is an additional east facing deck to the rear of the property to soak up the gorgeous morning sunshine.

The house also has ducted heating, 3 split system heating/cooling units, fans and excellent Wifi.

An earlier checkin or later checkout can be negotiated depending on adjacent bookings.

Other things to note
The cleaning fee includes the cost of the provision of linen with beds made for arrival.

This is a non-smoking property.

Pets are not permitted.

Access to the undercover garage is not provided.

Beach towels are not provided.

No schoolies, no groups under the age of 26 years, no parties and quiet poolside after 10pm please.

We have an excellent relationship with our neighbours, so we view any disturbance to the surrounding properties as a breach of the house rules, which would result in forfeiture of your bond.
