Beautiful and secluded property. Clean and welcoming with everything you could need in the property. The location was perfect for access onto Dartmoor. Can't wait to stay here again!

A fantastic location if you're looking for a quiet base in the heart of Dartmoor. Sally and the family made us feel very welcome, whilst we had our own private space to relax. The accommodation is perfect.

I took my partner for a surprise weekend away to wind down before he deploys again and we had a great time. Lovely little place, very clean, powerful shower and everything you could need - the freshly baked loaf was a lovely touch! A fantastic location and warm, welcoming hosts who also allow you your space. Especially enjoyed walking to Becky Falls and Bowerman's Nose - stunning views just a few minutes away. Can't fault it. Highly recommend!

A friendly, comfortable self-contained apartment with a beautiful light-filled second storey in a lovely peaceful location. We enjoyed Sally's recommendations for local outings, including the walk up to Manaton Rocks, a trip to Hay Tor, and dinner (and cream tea the next day!) in Widdecombe-on-the-Moor.

We had a great stay at this airbnb location. It did not go completely as planned but the hosts went out of their way to accomodate us. The surrounding natural park is amazing and this is a very good starting point for interesting hikes. The Bowerman's Nose and the Hound Tor are not far and the landscape is just amazing. We had a great dinner with the host and her family. The host thoroughly deserves the title of superhost!

We would like to thank you, Sally and James, for your hospitality and kindness. Especially for the surprises that were left in the refrigerator. Also for helping us find some food late in the evening. And last but not least for the tips you gave us for our next days in Cornwall. The place was also very cosy and clean! It was a pleasure for us to stay with you! Liesbeth & Piet
