This ground-level apartment is in a 7 unit building with 5 Airbnb units and a small laundry and gym. Located a few blocks from Tulsa University and close to downtown, Brookside, Cherry Street, Brady District. It is located in an older neighborhood that is undergoing a lot of gentrification but if you are looking for an upscale neighborhood this is not the right place for you. Please take time to read our reviews to familiarize yourself with other guests experiences.

Private access. There is a small gym with a washer and dryer on site. The washer and dryer are accessible from 10a-10p for guests who are booked for 7 nights or longer. The gym is accessible to all guests from 10a-10p.

This building is home to two long-term tenants and 5 Airbnb guest apartments. Please respect other's rights to quiet enjoyment and enjoy a relaxing stay yourself. There are plenty of bars and night life available for partying off site and very close.

We do not charge a cleaning fee. We ask that guests sweep up, wipe counters, wash any dishes and remove their trash. A deep clean/sanitizing process will be conducted between guests but we are able to avoid a cleaning fee by asking guests to clean up after themselves.

Pets must be pre-approved. They may not be left unattended in the condo unless they are crated. They may not be on the bed. Dogs may not be off-leash outside on the property, this is a liability issue with our insurance company and out of respect for the other tenants in the building. And, of course, you are responsible for any damages that your pet may cause.

ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the unit; do not discard your butts/ashes in the trash cans inside the unit. Smoking will incur a $100 fee to replace return air filters, ionization, and/or carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Old blue washcloths/hand towels are left inside each closet. These are CLEAN but may have stains. Please use these towels to remove make-up, for general clean-up, etc. DO NOT use the white towels for these types of tasks as even bleaching often will not remove stains. Ruined towels will incur a $5 fee per towel.

My children learn the important lesson of hard work by helping refurbish and maintain this property. Please respect that and leave it in the good condition you find it when you arrive.

This is a great value and space! We were in town for a family wedding at TU and were delighted to have the whole apt! The space is quiet and warm and Darryl and Bridgette are very easy to get ahold of. We will be back!

The place was perfect for what we needed it for. Just a place to relax that is close by the university. The communication was great as I many times changed our reservation and extended our stay. Also when I left something behind they quickly messaged me to come pick it up. I would definitely stay here again.

Darryl & Bridgette provide a clean, comfortable, and affordable apartment in the Pearl District of Tulsa. Though this neighborhood is an up and comer, it still has some gentrification issues, but I felt 100% safe and secure in my apartment. It was close to everything I needed as I was in town for business in the neighborhood. I highly recommend booking with Darryl and Bridgette if you are visiting TU, taking in the arts in the Pearl District or Brady, or just need a clean and safe place to stay while visiting friends and family.
