Tube/Kayak 18 Minutes to Itchetucknee,Ginnie Springs,or Blue Springs. We are NOT on water. Stay in private Park RV cabin in 12 acre park. Enjoy firepit with awsome view, barbecue or take in the nightlife & band at Great Outdoors weekends, I was a recreation director & provide Maps to favorite sites & fun dining. Wildlife refuge, quiet a must. 5 min. to High Springs, Groceries,Dining. 17 min.to Ginny Springs, Wifi, Sat.TV, Washer/ Dryer avail, House size frig. lots to do. No parties/visitors.

The space
Rustic but clean Accommodations. The doorway to the toilet room is 18 inches wide because it is a standard RV toilet room, Make sure you will be able to access the toilet room BEFORE booking as we want you to be comfortable. The living room chairs are 20 inches wide in the back of seating area. My husband is 215 lbs, 6 ft tall and has no problem. Occasionally There are spider webs on the outside of RV so if that is upsetting to you do not book here. We do not have bears. We exterminate the inside every 3 weeks. If you are worried read the reviews. If you have mold sensitivity or are asthmatic or have allergies we have mold on the trees as this is a semi-tropical forest and If you are allergic to Bees or ant bites that are life threatening do not book here. This is not a condo in the suburbs. This is a 38ft long Stationary Park RV Model (small 2/1 mobile home), It has a house refrigerator, Queen beds, Wifi, air conditioning & satellite tv and dvd player. We do not provide room service. Extra shower in Laundry area upon request. The beds are very comfortable. This rental is good for the outdoorsy person or couple that loves nature and the great outdoors, bird watching, canoeing. For Divers there is a barn to hang wet suites and charge equipment and it's own private washer and dryer. It is quiet about 95% of time, very quiet at night. Street lights on Property. NO MORE than 2 people and visitors are limited, No parties. Not for heavy cooking, use small gas oven & microwave. Table Top Charcoal Grill, Charcoal not included. Not recommended for children. If you are a "glass is half full" person you will love it here and I will be glad to assist with any emergencies that should arise.

We have a privacy boarder around our house and the rental which extends 12 acres with street lights. 5 minutes from major grocery shopping, fine dining and movie house, parks, and spring.
