The house had everything we needed. It was comfortable & well equipped although given the length of our stay we didn't get to take full advantage. Warminster is a nice little town & I wish we had had more time to explore. It's very well situated (shops on the doorstep, station minutes from the house) and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were met by Kayes Dad who lives three doors down and is very nice. He gave us a full tour of the house and lots of info on how to use cooker, hot water, heating, local area etc. The house was perfect for our stay with two adults and two children and we really felt at home. Great value for money, extremely clean and tidy and a perfect place to stay when visiting Longleat. We will defo be back

Perfect location to visit bath and Stonehenge as well as Longleat. Right in the town centre with many shops nearby. House was extremely clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Modern furniture and a nice garden to enjoy. Would definitely come back again

Amazing house, thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Great location - close to shops, town centre and train station. Read a previous review stating that this was an ex council house, this is definitely not the case - friendly neighborhood. Kayes was very accommodating as a host, ensuring I had everything I needed!

A very basic ex council house with minimal decor. It was a good price for four people and tv sky wifi working fine. The furniture looked second hand and carpets , i think the owner would reallt get much happier residents by visiting ikea and spending a few hundred pounds updating the house. There is NO CENTRAL HEATING. It was july and we were all cold. Again this is a basic option not the worst but certainly not the best. nice tip@ they provided ceral and milk for breakfasts

Response from Kayes:
Adeleh, thank you very much for your feedback; we really appreciate all of the feedback we receive from our guests. I would like to comment on a few of your observations. The house is NOT an ex council house; the row of houses were all built in 1988 and our family home 3 doors down was bought then and then we subsequently bought this house from our neighbours in 2007. We actually also bought brand new sofa and dining table from Ikea just back in May of this year and all of our guests since May (when we put this property on airbnb) have had no complaints about our furniture. In fact we have some guests who come back every week so I do feel that our guests are very happy with the house and the furniture. As for the decor, we have decided to keep it with a simple and neutral decor as per our taste - but everyone has different tastes. The living room has an electric heater and we did also provide heaters for the bedrooms so I was a little surprised about the heating comment. I would also like to say that I disagree with our house being a basic option as we provide a a range of facilities including parking in front of the house, front and back garden. I think it would also be fair to mention that we were very flexible in your check in time as we allowed early check in without any additional charge even though we only had 2 hours to prepare the house for your arrival as we had guests staying the night before. We appreciate you feedback and we will be looking to make improvements where we can Kayes

I have recently put up my beautiful little flat on airbnb as I am rarely home ! I professional living in London but have a home and family in Warminster. I moved to Warminster when I was 4 years old and have lived here all my life although I work in London now, I hope to eventually move back to Warminster. I love sports and also horror movies! I also very much enjoy the countryside which is why I love coming back to Warminster every month to get some fresh air!
