All about Phil’s place

The Rural Private Rooms are located 4 kms from town with great views and a sense of the outback at a bush-setting next to the township. There are 2 separate Private bedrooms of similar arrangement listed on this Airbnb site. This place is about the territory lifestyle because of the location, the people, the outdoor space, the wildlife. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Good for just chilling out n relaxing in nature.

The space
Whilst you have the privacy of your own separate bedroom, the premises are shared and with a kitchen and bathroom/toilet on the premises, there are also additional toilet/shower and cooking facilities on the property. Here you can experience the natural space of over 5 acres of accessible natural bush and wildlife of this 40 acre property, next to a running creek (accessible crown land next to the property where safety is the responsibility/liability of the visitor). You can go for a bushwalk, try your luck catching cherabin (freshwater prawns), or even maybe catch a barramundi in the wet. Wallabies are regular visitors and the Kookaburras have singing competitions in the evenings and early mornings.
