Delightful house dating back to c.1804, ten metres from Deal beach. Located in the historic/sought after Conservation Zone the Grade II listed former fisherman’s cottage has been furnished and decorated with personality and ideas which create a relaxed ambiance, perfect for a seaside holiday.

The space
Located in the historic/sought after Conservation Zone, the Grade II listed former fisherman’s cottage features original wood paneling, fireplaces, oak floorboards and beams and is deceptively larger than it looks from the front of the property. Guests will also enjoy the luxuries of modern living, including a dine in kitchen, sunny garden with night lighting, internet access throughout, two televisions, a DVD player (with a broad selection of DVD’s), free-standing bath, and a separate walk in shower. The property offers two large double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a study which is a reading room with views of the surrounding houses, a large kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine/dryer, full sized dishwasher and cosy sitting room.

Deal is an amazing little town on the Kent coast. Full of character and friendly people. It was announced that Deal was awarded "High Street of the year in 2014" and number 1 seaside resort to move to in 2017 by the Sunday Times. The Market on a Saturday morning at the bottom of Farrier Street in the main car park has a great atmosphere selling food, antiques and unique items. The high street has many individual shops and some fantastic restaurants to visit.
