The building is located in a beautiful area; surrounded by parks, the leafy boulevard that is St Kilda Rd, flanked by a mix of office and residential modern towers. The neighbourhood allows for relaxing strolls, energising morning runs, strategic coffee stops, and 10 minute tram rides to the city. St Kilda Road survives as one of the city's major arteries and passes alongside several of Melbourne's famous parks, landmarks and institutions such as Alexandra Gardens, Arts Centre Melbourne, National Gallery of Victoria and the Shrine of Remembrance.
