The Hastings Street Penthouse at the French Quarter resort is a top floor corner apartment that basks in sunlight. The north facing balcony has a beautiful view of vibrant Hastings Street below, and at night the glittering fairy lights are delightful. You will find a bright and shiny recently refurbished apartment with two bedrooms two bathrooms. A full kitchen with stone bench tops, fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, and European laundry. A large leather chaise lounge along with an LCD TV in the lounge room, and a second TV and DVD player in the second bedroom which is great for kids, both TV's with cable/FOXTEL. Plantation shutters on all windows allows for lovely light, but also close to give block-out for sleeping. The main bedroom is separated from the lounge / kitchen with sliding plantation doors for privacy. Glass sliding doors open to the large balcony with a eight seater dining table and sun-lounge overlooking Hastings street below with all of its vibrant shops, cafes and Locale Restaurant.
On request the 2nd bedroom can have the king single beds zipped together to make a king bed if two couples are sharing. Perfect for families or friends.
We have a maximum 5 person policy.
On request an air mattress or porta cot can be provided at an additional cost.
Please supply your own cot bedding and linen. Can be hired from Emu hire.
Please ensure that any requests for a second King bed or the air mattresses are made in advance, as the apartment is automatically made up as one Queen bed and two king singles.

We provide a basic "starter pack" for your first night of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap, moisturiser, laundry liquid and detergents.
Upon booking I will supply the details of my wonderful "Meet and Greet service". This service will be available for all guests, both domestic and International. Arrival details will be useful to help coordinate an appropriate time to meet you at the French Quarter. They will confirm a meeting point and show you into the complex and apartment. When arriving in Noosa by car, please access the French Quarter by Halse Lane, NOT Hastings Street. At the driveway / roundabout outside the Mantra reception you will find a card swipe reader on a pole. Swipe your access card and the sliding gate to the North / East Quarter car park will open. Park anywhere in the North/East car park. Then follow the signs to the Hastings Street entrance where you will be able to access the lift to my apartment. More details will be provide after booking.

Other things to note
The French Quarter is a very secure resort. Car parks, pedestrian gates, stair wells, your apartment and lifts require your access key to enter, so please carry one at all times. Lost keys incur a $50 recutting fee per key.
Please note that this unit is NOT managed by Mantra. The Mantra reception is private and for Mantra units and guests only. However, stand up paddle boards can be hired from Mantra. Cash only at $35 per day and Electric bikes POA.
We do not supply beach or pool towels, however emu hire in Noosa supply and can deliver at a reasonable rate.
- Loss or non return of any security key is an additional charge of $50.00 per key.
- All rubbish, food from fridge and pantry must be removed from the apartment and taken to the rubbish and recycle bins in the car park (level P) before departure.
- Any unwashed dishes must be placed in the dishwasher, and the dishwasher turned on prior to departure.
- The French Quarter is a No smoking Resort. No smoking inside the unit, on the balcony or resort grounds. There is a designated smoking area in the West car park from July 1, 2017.
