The 3.5m x 7m wide and 1.1m to 1.7m deep pool is surrounded by a variety of native and exotic plants. Here you will enjoy relax or even around the pool or from the exotic chill-out zone only a few meters away. Either you relax on one of the four cozy sun loungers or take a seat in the cozy outdoor lounge and start the evening having a nice cocktail. For a quick cooling we recommend the outdoor shower and than you enjoy the BBQ with your loved ones under the exotic shelter. The property isself is completely fenced and because of the urban situation you will have direct neighbors.
This finca not only impresses with the exotic components in the outdoor area, but also with the very special furnishing inside the house. Here is a mix of Mallorcan and some exotic elements. The house is spread over two floors. In the lower part is the comfortable living room with a big sofa, TV, CD and DVD player, as well as air conditioning and close to the stylish dining area. The separate kitchen also has a small dining area, an ideal breakfast place, as well as some extras like a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to spoil your loved ones with tasty meals. A highlight is the integrated old well, which nowadays serves only for decoration purposes. A double bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower, complete the furnishing of the lower floor. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also available.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with two double beds and one with a single bed. One of the double bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning, for the other two we provide fans. A further bathroom with whirlpool tub, as well as a separate shower and a bidet are available on this level for all rooms.
Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of shops are all within easy walking distance.The closest place is Manacor. Here you have a slightly wider range of larger supermarkets and other service providers. Cala Millor, S'Illot and Sa Coma, are only half an hour away by car. Here you can enjoy fine sand beaches. We recommend the Safari Zoo in Sa Coma, as well as the dragon caves in Porto Cristo. Sports enthusiasts will find the nearby golf course, La Reserva Rotana, only 15 km away, and will get their money's worth.
