"Viv and her husband Chis were warm, welcoming and by far the greatest hosts we have come across. Their cabin had everything we needed and things we didn't realise we needed. It's country charm was delightful and we can't recommend it enough. Incredible stars at night and spectacular sun rises in the morning - whilst laying in bed! It was a lovely, quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of city living and we can not wait to visit again"

Where you’ll be

Cowra, New South Wales, Australia

Cowra , Wiradjuri country, is steeped in History. It was a vibrant centre in the Gold Rush era, however both the POW camp with its strong Japanese and Italian history , the post WW11 Migrant camp, as well as the beautiful Japanese Gardens and of course Wyangla Dam recreation area, continue to bring many visitors to the town today.
The local Visitors centre is fabulous and highlights a multitude of local attractions and activities.
