🍇ENTRANCE From the unstated entrance down the long private driveway you will feel as though you’ve escaped the city.

🍇VINEYARD Our certified organic & sustainable Shiraz vineyard is a working property and at times may be netted, worked or harvested.

AURORA AUSTRALIS possible as views south are dark sky.

🐓BREAKFAST provisions supplied are Continental with REAL coffee. KITCHEN overlooks VINEYARD.

☀️DECK Relax on The upstairs balcony in the deck chairs overlooking the VINEYARD. Or enjoy bubbles in the Spa bath on the downstairs deck.

🔥LOUNGE Upstairs reverse cycle air-conditioning with full kitchen and combustion fire for winter. The leather lounge has a recliner and free WIFI and a 50” Smart TV, games and jigsaw for those bonding moments.

🌌🥱BEDROOM The King bedroom was architecturally designed with louvres to allow the gully breezes to cool at night and NO BLINDS to see the stars from your bed. Split System just in case inside the last door of wardrobe.
In winter a 5 blanket down quilt will keep you warm. You will find screens in the cupboard but the louvres allow the cool breeze without them. There is no TV in the bedroom.

🙈BATHROOM is adjacent and is privately positioned with no blinds to spoil the outside effect. There is a shower, large sink and washing machine.

WILDLIFE You… may … see koalas. kangaroos, owls, possums, ekhidnas, bunnies, lots of native birds, foxes, lizards, snakes.

FIREPLACE Some firewood is supplied for the combustion fire for winter months ONLY. (Keep fire door closed) NO OUTDOOR FIREPIT

OTHER BUILDINGS The rear Cottage building is being used for my family and cannot be booked. Our sheds and cottage (faces south) are completely separate to The Treehouse.
Additional accommodation at The Elephant Door around the corner of plains Rd (quirky boho)for another couple or if The Treehouse is already booked.

Immersive Views: Every window is positioned to frame the surrounding organic vineyards, native gum trees, and the shimmering coastline.
The Bedroom Experience: Located on the lower level, the bedroom features a king bed with luxury bamboo sheets and, famously, no blinds. This design choice allows you to wake up with the sun and watch the stars at night, though eye masks are provided for those who prefer complete darkness.
A "Slow" Escape: Guests frequently describe it as a place that "instantly slows the pulse," characterized by the sounds of local birds and the rustle of vines

Neighbourhood highlights

We live in an amazing vineyard area celebrated by artists for its beauty. The Rolling Sellicks Hills end in colourful cliffs at the sea. It is possible to find a beach all to yourself. Wonderful restaurants and cellar doors within ten minutes drive. You can drive your car on the beach 2 kms away. Surf, fishing, windsurfing, sailing, boating. Amazing sunsets from the balcony, BBQ, Sellicks Chills Wines around the corner - organically grown reds. Good for astro photography as skies are dark. Lots of native animals and birds.

I have been living in the Sellicks Hill area for a long time. I appreciate the gorgeous area we live in especially the beach and vineyards. I love windsurfing and snow skiing. I am an artist, professional photographer, (book a shoot with me) Our organic vineyards are managed by myself and husband Dean. He’s a car guy. We have Shiraz, Grenache and Cabernet grapes and a few bottles of our own rare professionally produced wine.
