This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Our quaint and charming country retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind on your private deck on the daybed or sitting at your redgum bar with light breakfast included. Located 3km from Hamilton town centre on 5 acres. You have a queen bed with your own private entrance & ensuite - please note this suite is attached to the rear of our house, but there are NO shared spaces. You have TV with DVD, hairdryer, electric blanket, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle supplied.

The space
We are located in the heart of south west Victoria near the gorgeous Grampians. There are no shortage of places to see and explore during your stay including:
• Dunkeld and the Grampians
• Byaduk caves
• Wannon & Nigretta falls
• We are at the centre of the largest volcanic plain in the Southern Hemisphere - Kanawinka Geopark
• Mount Eccles National Park

You are also centrally located with Port Fairy & Portland 85km, Warrnambool 100km & Mount Gambier, with its picturesque Blue Lake, 125km.

We are more than happy to help you plan your visit if you can't choose! I am also a photographer and can guide you to some of the best local spots!

Other things to note
Your space is located on the back of our house, but you are completely separate and private with your own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no stove/oven).

We do have pets on this property: cats, dog, chickens & our gorgeous horse.

We supply a light breakfast of cereal, real milk, eggs from our chickens and bread to toast, tea & coffee.
