Whitehouse Walkerville is an A shaped beach house located on the edge of Waratah Bay. Recycled and transported to its current location fifteen years ago, our house is positioned to capture pastoral views and sunsets on a generous deck.

The space
Whitehouse Walkerville is best suited to people who enjoy a minimal, character driven environment.
There is a mezzanine bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is modern well equipped with German appliances including a dishwasher. The living room has two large sofas, smart TV stereo and a DVD/ media player. Heating is provided by a wood burning stove, cooling is not installed (there are 2 fans available). The bathroom is not modernized however is clean and functional. The laundry is equipped with a front loader and tumble dryer.
Wifi is provided via starlink and is powerful enough (150mbs) to support video conferencing if required.

Guest access
If you want to throw a frisbee or kick a ball its ok to hop over the fence onto the adjacent farm

House is equipped with Starlink ideal for working away.

Once at Walkerville you have a sense of seclusion and remoteness only two and a half hours from Melbourne. During winter months its not uncommon to have the local beaches to yourself, in Summer they're never crowded. Fish Creek and Tarwin Lower are only 20 minutes away if you forget something or simply want a cafe or pub.
