Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
North facing Luxury tiny home on the banks of the Toby inlet. 3 minutes from the centre of Dunsborough by car 10 minutes walk to Palmers winery & a short canoe paddle across the inlet to the beach. Fully equiped with bbq, heated spa & beautiful deck to sit at to watch the amazing sunsets.

The space
Great for couples as a romantic getaway Not recommended & will NOT accept bookings for TODDLERS due to proximity of unfenced inlet. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed & a king single day bed, access to the bedroom is open from the main living area. Very comfortable space for two,can accommodate three, four at a push with someone sleeping on the couch.
Not recommended for 4 adults.

Canoe available for a paddle down the inlet or across to the beach.

Other things to note
Not a party house.
Will not accept bookings for groups.
Do not book if you don’t like dogs, we have 3 & they will visit you. Misty our English staffy who takes on the role of greeting party, she will lick you to death & loves a cuddle. Fergus our Jack Russell, has a touch of little dog syndrome
& will bark but warms up & is friendly. Bonnie our JR x Chihuahua, looks very cute but has attitude in bucket loads, Will bark a lot & have a snap at your ankles if you turn your back on her, we generally keep her indoors as a rule but she may escape from time to time.
The dogs are territorial if there are other dogs on the property & Misty the staffy is very protective of the little ones. Please DO NOT ask to bring your dog.

Neighbourhood highlights

Great location, very close to wineries, boutique breweries & town.
We are on the main road although set back a fair way. But you can expect some traffic noise. Tobyhome is heavily insulated & double glazed so it is nice & quiet inside. When outside,the deck area is on the inlet side so protected by the home from the road.
