The property backs onto a nature reserve which is home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna.

The space
Nelson’s Oasis is an open plan home boasting a large living area that flows into an outdoor entertaining area equipped with a large gas bbq and firepit. Bring some wood for a fire there is plenty of kindling in the bush. Enjoy the beautiful backyard area.

Inside the spacious kitchen and dining area provides plenty of prep space with a large cooktop and oven.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 two single long beds and fan. Cleaners always make them up as 2 long singles. If guests wish they can push them together to make a king bed.

No bath freshly renovated bathroom.

Please note top left hand side of pantry spare batteries for TV and AC remotes.

Guest access
Guests can access the house by walking down the right-side of the house when facing the front of the house until they reach the second door. There is one car space available in the driveway on the right hand side facing the house (frangipani tree side). Backyard and patio are exclusively and privately your area to enjoy.

Other things to note
Don’t forget your beach towels and shade house for the beach. Also your shampoo and conditioner. Please let us know if something isn’t working so we can attend to it for you. We do supply instant coffee we do not have a coffee machine. Please note while we are very mindful of noise and privacy you may hear us going about our daily business. Our dog, Billie, resides in a gated area within the private residence so you may see and hear her. Sometimes my grandchildren come to visit. Follow us Nelson’s Oasis Jervis Bay.

Mark and I grew up on the Northern Beaches, Sydney. We moved to Jervis Bay in ‘92 for boat building. Mark runs Innovation Composites. We certainly enjoy sharing our beautiful property in our amazing location with our guests. With a love of travel we have been lucky to travel overseas extensively and we always appreciate coming home to Jervis Bay’s beauty. When we can we get away remotely in our caravan.
