A BEAUTIFUL GEM! This place is GORGEOUS! Tucked away, the quaint town of Tivoli, overlooking beautiful Rome. From the outside, the street is the classic Italian small town, inside its a transformed/ modern beauty. The home is completely remodeled with old character, and new modern luxuries. Clean, well kept, and cute as ever! The previous reviews are what sold me, and honestly, this was the best place to stay. The town was just like a page taken out of an Italian book (Couldn't have been cuter). We LOVED this home! We will be back for future visits! Thank you so much for hosting and allowing us to stay. We fell in love with Tivoli!

Beautiful house, all mod cons in a fantastic hilltop town. House is in the historic part so you get a real taste of living in the past in an ancient place. We stayed for a week and it was great to have the option to go into Rome when we wanted. There are regular trains and bus service, journey times vary from 35 minutes to 1hr 15mins for journey depending on what service you get. Tivolli is a beautiful town full of interesting things to do and great restaurants and shopping.

What a gem! This is a fantastic place to stay, the photos dont do it justice ! Hidden down a little backstreet paved with cobble stones in the center of a charming little town of Tivoli. It was nice to be out of the tourist crowds of the city and see how the true italians live. There was lots to do in tivoli and loads of choice for restaurants, bars and ice-cream. We visited two amazing villas within walking distance from the house, which you cannot miss if you visit! (villa d'Este and villa Gregoriana). Getting to and from Rome was very easy via train or bus for only 2,60€ which run very regularly. Micol was a wonderful host and very flexible so that we had a relaxed and easy time travelling. We stayed in 3 places whilst visiting Italy and we all agreed that this was the best and we all had the best sleep here! We only regret that we didn't stay longer!

This house is absolutely wonderful. The town is wonderful. The location is very central in the old town. Near bars, restaurants and the train station. Much better option than Rome if you don't mind a little walking and prefer a quiet little historic town.

Beautiful house in the historic center of Tivoli. The interior decoration, furniture and flooring make it seem like you are living in a historic home with all the modern day commodities! It is large and spacious. Micol is very nice and made sure that everything went well. She met us upon arrival and gave us recommendations. It's too bad we only had one night. I will definitely return to tivoli and to Micol's apartment! Grazie Micol!

If you go to Rome, you must stay in Tivoli. This hidden jem is only a 15-20 min train ride to heart of Rome ( Only 2.5E per person.). We loved Tivoli so much we just didn't want to leave, and when we did, we just found ourselves looking forward to getting back. It is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been and the people are fantastic. Do yourselves a favor and stay there, the hosts are wonderful and the place can't be put into words.
