The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a huge king size bed and the other two bedrooms both has two single beds.

There in total 5 living areas in the house, 3 indoors and 2 outdoors, providing guests all the needs for entertaining and functions.

At front is the lounge, with comfortable sofa and big screen TV for your enjoyment. Next following by the Kitchen/dinning area, with ample benchtop and cabin space, along with a breakfast bar. For all your enjoyment for your holiday.

The big theatre/function is at the back, with big screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system for your best home theatre experience in holiday. This space is also a lovely function area where all the family and friends and get together for some good chats, lough, relax to enjoy a good holiday.

The alfresco is next to the theatre, with outdoor furniture set - a pefect place to enjoy your afternoon cup of tea or coffee.

The hug pergola is at the back, with sofa, buffet table and BBQ, the best outdoor entertaining area for the whole family, where you can enjoy your drink and food, while looking the beautiful sunset or just watch the kids play around in the secured backyard.

Other things to note

Guests are mostly welcome to cook in the house and the house provides all cooking facilities and cutely. It even has rice cooker if you like rice.

We only charge minimum cleaning fee to keep price low for our guests. In return, would appreciate very much guests can keep the house neat and tidy during stay. At the time check out, would appreciate very much guests can remove all used bedding sheets and linens from beds and put them on/in laundry bench or trough for the convenience of cleaner to immediately wash and dry after guest check out. Would also appreciate very much guests can wash & dry cutlery and generally clean and tidy up house before leaving.

The house was a good place for us and our children to stay in for a couple of nights. This is an older property and feels a bit dated but was adequate for our needs. The good-size garden is a real bonus and the oranges delicious!

Dr. Ben's place is perfect for a whole family getaway in Perth. With big spaces inside and outside, comfy beds, warm heaters, great amenities (that dryer was amazing), wonderful front and back yard, and an amazing large fridge and modern LED TV! The price was very reasonable and the location was great, conveniently near to playgrounds, supermarkets and nearby attractions. But the most wonderful thing about it was the friendliness of our host, and the amazingly smooth check-in/out. We certainly had a great time here. Would definitely recommend to others. Love it! Thank you Dr Ben!

Tq Dr Ben for a nice and comfortable home. We are so glad that the house is very near to Coles supermaket and petrol station . The bed also really nice and comfy. Dr Ben also grows an orange tree at the backyard and we couldn't be more happy when he offered us to pick the fruit if we want to. Overall the house is really a good choice for those who want to experience the essence of west Australia because it is situated nearly to everywhere. We wish that we will come back here again.
