Cosy, 2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment which can comfortably accommodate a family of three or 4, or 2 students wanting to share but with private bedrooms. With facilities you cant imagine and the shoppimg mall just a stone throw away..

All guests can make use of our gym and playroom facilities, sea-view sun terrace, laundry room , etc.

Always their for you of course with some sound advice and guidlines concerning area, transportation tips etc.

It is sad, the ungratefulness of some people who in my opinion should rather stay home and concentrate on getting a life and building relationships. I' m tempted not to even bother with Julian's review but I feel I need to respond, full of inaccuracies , exaggerations and lies. First off, in the middle of August , in the center of the city, to find decent accommodation for 3 people for under 30 euros a day with 2 separate bathroom and air-conditioned is a gift in it's self and I would have expected a thank you instead of this copious rambling, on and on about his issues. First of all mistakes do happen, specially when you are managing over 40 units and this specific guest was given at least a week before arrival notice to either cancel for a full refund or I bent over backwards to find an alternative solution so they would not feel stranded even if this was not in my best interest to do so(economic wise), to compensate with an alternative solution, and I therefore prepared a detailed choice of 2 apartments instead, where he and his friends finally stayed , but their is no pleasing some people. We (myself and my staff) bent over backwards and where on call 24/7 to make them feel happy and comfortable , apart from a generous refund that I suggested and was accepted gladly, we gave into silly demands such as providing them with pure virgin olive oil for cooking etc. We gave them a blank cheque to request anything they felt may make their stay more comfortable, our cleaning staff cleaned the apartments a second time upon the guests request after they arrived. If they had bothered to open up the drawers and closets they would have discovered there was not a single kitchen appliance or cutlery missing, but as said...there is no pleasing some people. What is most sad is the spreading of rumors and lies about a repetition of overbooking etc, which first of all in itself is a lie and second of all is no concern of the above mentioned guest how I run my hotel! I have been in the hospitality industry for a very long time , way before any platform of whatever kind even existed, therefore I know my business as a hotelier . We have a rule : the guest is always right regarding any concern, but there is a fine line between having the benefit of the argument and being spiteful and mean and unpleasing and in some cases the guest deserves a kick in the hind end.
