Welcome to Clunes Cabins.
We have two cabins on site and they are great for a one night stop over on a road trip exploring the countryside or a longer stay for a large group, sleeping up to 14 plus one dog on application. The Cabins are right next to each other with a covered area between them, when you make a booking at Clunes Cabins you will have exclusive use of the property. The gas hot water system supplied will cater for all guests with no one left out.
The landscape is breathtaking as the Cabins are situated on an acre of land in a tranquil valley which overlooks the adjoining creek. Make sure you watch the sun rise and set from your verandah whilst enjoying a cup of tea or glass of wine. Enjoy a BBQ outside on the deck and have a great vantage point of the resident sheep grazing in their natural habitat.
The spacious and charming family room has a cosy wood fireplace with firewood supplied. There is also a split system so you can be nice and warm in the winter or cool in the summer. Sit around and play the board games provided or flick through the books we have on offer. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy country living.

A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.

Guests will have access to the cabin/s you have booked. You will have private use of the surrounding property during your stay.

We will not be present during your stay however if you need any help or have any questions we are contactable.
This is strictly a non-smoking property.
Pet Friendly On Application
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog as we will only allow one dog and they must fit the following criteria: up to date with all the proper vaccinations and registrations. Strictly outdoors only, no dogs are to be brought inside the house at any time however they are allowed to sleep inside the studio spa cabin of an evening. Guests will need to bring their own dogs bedding, food and water bowls and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. A $40 fee applies.
Pets must be kept under control at all times as the Cabins are located on a farm and have stock fences. The sheep live at the rear of the property.
Other things to note
Our accommodation rates are based on twin share, please let us know if you require more beds. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children over the age of 12 months will be charged an additional guest fee. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

2.Please call Lisa on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3.Please note Rejuvenate Stays properties are all ‘non-smoking' properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room" you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property, including its car park and grounds.
Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it's a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please call Lisa on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes etc in the kitchen.
12.Please remove all linen from beds and place on end of bed. Please leave towels on bathroom floor.
13.Please ensure the keys that you used during your stay are left inside in the appropriate place.
14.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
15.Please ensure that the keys from the key safe are returned after locking the door on your departure.
16.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
17. Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
