My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
This blazing heat enjoy the cistern, now used as a pool fed, by cool water well water. It is 26 feet in diameter and 6 feet deep.
Birders will enjoy the variety of birds in this area. Just outside of the city limits, you can really enjoy stargazing.
The Inn was built by the Brown Ranch family in 1892. Beautiful grounds surrounded by majestic oaks! The old cistern that held water for the ranch, is 26 ft. in diameter and 6 ft. deep and now utilized as a swimming pool fed with cold well water. There was a dairy on the original grounds when the ownership changed in 1925, it became a meat market. This market is now used as additional party space and available to rent on its own or as extra space for entertaining.

When children are here they cannot run through the house. I have antiques and collectibles, that can be damaged easily.
Please use coasters that are provided on all side tables, water rings damage furniture.
Parties and Events are an extra fee and must be discussed prior to event.
I love to be around people from all walks of life. I enjoy entertaining, learning new things, antiquing, gardening, golf, hunting, cooking and many other outdoor activities.
I have had the opportunity to travel to most of the United States. Some of my favorite places were Bar Harbor, Maine- Monticello, Thomas Jefferson's home in Virginia, so many areas in the Rocky mountains, California-Pacific coast and many more destinations.
Over seas, Fussen, Germany-Neuschwanstein Castle, Austria-Salzberg, Zermatt, Switzerland.
I enjoy many types of music, as far as food goes there is very little I don't enjoy.
