Modern, quiet and very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with queen size sommier (and sofa bed that makes bed for 2 more people) in a tower by Carlos Ott ideal to enjoy and rest: (3 Jacuzzis, saunas, gym, closed swimming pool heated pool with hydromassages, open swimming pool, 2 panoramic barbecues on the 20th floor, 1 open barbecue, wifi, laundry, garage). We also provide linen and towels. It is on a 11th floor. Building with 24 hour security.

The space
The apartment is located in the highest area of Punta del Este, allowing you to have a truly fabulous panoramic view from the terrace (which is an ideal place to snack or breakfast), or the panoramic barbecues. We are located very close to everything. In the corner there is a restaurant, there is a autoservice on the other corner, and there are also pharmacies and supermarkets. The Maldonado bus terminal is 2 blocks away, making it ideal for those who do not come by car. If Punta del Este, by how it is distributed, it is better to travel by car (to be able to enjoy from José Ignacio to Punta Ballena or Solanas), you can also visit with public transport, or taxis.
We are 5 minutes from the peninsula, one of the most beautiful areas for walking.
The apartment is very comfortable, has everything, and is specially designed for rest. It is ideal for your holidays. Even those days that are ugly (one never knows when that can happen) has swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas and gymnasium so that enjoyment is not tarnished by bad weather.
That our guests feel safe is one of our priorities, so we have security cameras and staff 24 hours. I am at your disposal to help you with the information you need before and during your stay.

The whole neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, so is a nice place to take a walk or to ride on bicycles. It is a residential area full of houses and mansions, and also some buildings. The neighborhood has all the services you may need (restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, service stations, etc). But we are also very close to everywhere you may want to go.

I'm a TV show producer, a teacher, a journalist, and a farmer (among some other things), and I really enjoy everything I do for living. One of my hobbies is to scuba dive with my wife. When we travel we look for fun and relax. Love water sports and to explore the place where we are. Also look for places with soul, with personality: with nice people, places to go out to have some dinner or a couple of drinks with good music, and safe places. Safety is very important for us. We love to feel like we are discovering the place. We like nature a lot.
I can eat almost everything: pasta, salads, seafood, meat, pizza, mexican, thai, chinese ... My wife like almost the same, but seafood and meat. And we really like to taste typical food everywhere we go, and find new flavors.
We are a nice couple and a pretty quiet one (while we are at home). We need a place where we can rest nicely, because we usually spend most of the time doing things outside, and we always go back home very tired.
What do I expect of the owner of the place where we are staying? not much really. Just a way to get in touch just in case, and to give us tips of things to do, how to move, where to go and where NOT to go. This kind of first hand info is very important to us.
