SELF CHECK IN
Our property set up allows guests to spend time together while enjoying separate accommodation. Guests can have time out in their own cabins or enjoy socialising together. We can accommodate up to 15 guests.
The property consists of 1 x 3 bedroom house and 2x 2 bedroom cottages on a 1200 sq metre block, fully fenced. In total there are 5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms.
Guest access
Guests enjoy the entire property to themselves. Access to the property is not shared.
Other things to note
Morrisons has been a holiday rental for 15 years and has been enjoyed by thousands of guests. Over 70% are repeat guests. It is suitable for groups of friends or family. Our guests are very respectful of our property and treat it as their own which we really appreciate.
The property is well set up and equipped for a very easy holiday. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, cleaning materials etc.
The entire property is fully fenced making it safe for children.
As usual practice for safety and security of holiday rental properties, external security cameras have been installed. If they are disabled/covered or guests do not heed our terms and conditions we have employed a security company who will attend the property and ask guest to leave immediately.

The property is located across the road from an oval, children's playground, tennis courts, skate park and park. It is located within a relaxing village atmosphere. There are 4 beaches in Bundeena, with Morrison's located close to all of them.
The area is well known for the local art galleries, fabulous bush walking, tranquil untouched beaches, wedding cake rock, figure of 8 pools, Aboriginal rock carvings and water activities. Kayaks can be hired at nearby Bonnievale Beach. On the first Sunday of each month Bundeena hosts the ART Trail when the local artists open their homes to show and sell their art. There are also the local markets near the shops.
The village contains shops for all the staples you may need. The IGA is well stocked. A Bowling Club and RSL are nearby for dinners out, you can buy a good coffee in the village as well as lunch, breakfast and dinner. Driftwood café is great, you can get takeaway fish/chips, Asian food and pizza.

I am a mother and grandmother and have a wonderful family who I adore. My absolute passion is property. I have renovated many houses and apartments including Morrisons at Bundeena, it was an extremely run down property full of white ants and mess when we purchased it. I love traveling and having recently sold my business I have more time to indulge in travel. I now work solely looking after our holiday rental properties and guests. I am always available to our guests. We have had holiday rental properties for over 13 years.
