Had an amazing stay. This was the first AIRBNB we've stayed in, and I was a bit skeptical. When we arrived I couldn't have been more pleased. Property was beautiful, well kept, and host was so friendly. Highly recommend! Hopefully we can go back one day.

Katia apartment was very nice, clean and new. Kitchen with all you need, beautiful balcony with spectacular view. Two large bedrooms, and the owner had even arranged a baby cot for us. Very nice bathroom. The place was easy to find with our GPS, although a bit far from the motorway on small Italian roads, which was fine for us (we have visited Italy many times), but might be a bit scary if you are not used to it. We only stayed for one night, and did not have time to explore the surroundings, but the owner gave us several tips. I would recommend a longer stay!

To be honest we were disappointed with this booking. I guess we should have read the listing more closely but we were shocked at being charged 40 euros per night for towels and linen and we felt that the apartment was quite stingily equipped. There were only the very barest of basics and not even tea and coffee, no toilet roll holder, no sofa, no rug or any soft furnishings. It felt like a hostel or prison because everything was cold and bare. We didn't receive the best welcome - being immediately asked for our passports and birth places and to fill out a long form giving detailed personal information about every one of us including the children and new baby. We were also surprised by the house rules of cleaning everything and taking the rubbish out and basically doing the job of a cleaner before vacating. Again we should have read the listing more clearly as it does state this. However we felt that we were charged extortionately for what we received - we paid 120 euros for one night but the apartment had very little equipment, very little furnishing and was very small. We also found it strange that Giorgio kept in close, friendly contact by phone using excellent English but then never met us despite living on the other side of the wall and instead sent his wife who had very little English to deal with us throughout our stay. However, on the positive side the lady was friendly and helpful and she went out of her way to help us find a restaurant when we arrived on a Sunday with no supermarkets open. The view was also spectacular.

Response from Giorgio:
I'm really sorry to hear that the only night that you and your family have spent with us was so bad. Perhaps you could tell me when I asked you if you had a good stay. Cecilia
