Situated on a 1100 acre working cattle farm at the base of Knapps Peak, the “Eira-Joan Farmhouse" (3 Bedroom) & "The Eira-Joan Cottage" (1 Bedroom) are a quaint couples/adults retreat with majestic views of Mt Maroon, Mt Barney and the surrounding Scenic Rim. Our beautiful region hosts a broad range of experiences, including bushwalking the mountains, national park trails and lakes, brewery and winery visits, local festivals and markets, and much more.

The space
The Eira-Joan Farmhouse can accommodate up to 3 adult couples at $250 per couple per night. 4 couples can be accommodated in the Farmhouse and the Cottage during the same stay. For bookings for a single couple please see the Eira-Joan Cottage a self contained cottage located next to the Farmhouse. Farmhouse is for 2 or more couples per stat. Guests are able to explore the creek and walk the property. Sunsets are amazing should you wish to take the picnic rug up to the hill near the front gate. The outside firepit is stacked ready to go to snuggle around the fire have a few drinks or toast marshmallows.

Located less than 10 minutes from the Maroon Hill Estate Wedding Venue. Happy to host bridle parties prior to weddings for the "getting ready".
