Come stay in our cozy seaside self-catering apartment, right next to the ocean. We are ideally located on the Acadian Route within at most a half an hour from Moncton, Shediac, Sackville, the Confederation bridge and PEI, and any number of local beaches. Return home to a cool, air-conditioned interior after a day in the sun and enjoy the view of the Shemogue harbour and inlet while you plan your next day's activities.

The space
The apartment is friendly, sunny, and spacious. You'll have the entire space all to yourself. Part of an old farmhouse built in the mid 1800's, the apartment was recently renovated and converted for your comfort. We restored the lofty ceilings for a comfortable farmhouse feeling. Most of the original trimmings and cupboards have been restored and reused. Powder blue and white interiors give the apartment a seaside cottage ambience. Lots of east facing windows provide early morning sunshine and a cheerful, sunny interior. The two bedrooms, bathroom, open-plan living-room, kitchen, and breakfast nook makes this a no-brainer when compared with a single hotel room at a higher price.

Guest access
You have the full space at your disposal. The apartment has an outside door, and we will provide you with a key to lock up when you're out and about. There is a BBQ on the property which you have access to as well, just ask us, and we'll show you where. There is ample parking around our horse shoe entryway, and your vehicle will be quite safe. We have chickens on the property, and we just ask that you don't frighten them and they forget to lay eggs!

Location

Shemogue, New Brunswick, Canada

Shemogue is a small hamlet on the Acadian Route about halfway between Moncton and the Confederation Bridge. The population is mostly French Acadian, but everyone here speaks fluent English as well, something unique about our province. The main industry of the area is fishing, lobster, scallops, prawns, herring, cod, and various other seafood. Smokehouses dot the coastline, and our nearby town, Cap-Pelé even has a smokehouse museum! Several beaches along our coast make this a popular summer destination for vacationers. You would be surprised at the number of attractions and natural beauty spots you will find within a short distance from our centrally located vacation apartment!
