The space
Designed as a retreat for rest and renewal, the house consists of one generously sized bedroom with a king bed, a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy lounge room centred around a wood fireplace.

At the heart of the home is a lush internal atrium featuring a bath nestled amongst greenery. Opening onto the hallway, the atrium has been designed to bring natural light and warmth deep into the house through its translucent skin during the day. As temperatures cool in the evening, the space can be closed off, allowing the home to contract into a more intimate and energy-efficient sanctuary.
