Our place is very close to the Bonnie Vale in the Royal National Park, near the picnic areas, kayaks and to the campground at Bonnie Vale. There is a beautiful walk via the mangroves to the Basin and cafe in Maianbar. It is a short stroll to swim at Horderns Beach. You’ll love our place because of the natural location, the peaceful ambiance, the outdoor spaces and the people. Our place is good for couples, young families, adventurers, and people seeking a restful break.

The space
The apartment space is fully self contained:
You will have your own bedroom with King sized bed, (this can be unzipped to form two separate king single beds)
There is a separate bedroom with a king single bed.
You have a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area and upstairs deck space.
If you need to work, there is a desk and internet access, (but I think you will be too busy enjoying chilling out in our beautiful local area.)

Guest access
You will appreciate having your separate kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, cooktops, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and separate dining table, as there are limited evening dining options.
You can borrow our barbeque and eat outside in our secluded courtyard.

Other things to note
If you are arriving by ferry please check ferry timetables as the ferry does not run in the evenings.
There is an IGA supermarket in Bundeena and a few cafes in Bundeena and in Maianbar, that serve great meals during the day. At night you can dine at the Bundeena Community Services Club, the Driftwood Cafe, the local Bowling Club (within walking distance) or make your own meal.
On the first Sunday of each month Bundeena hosts the Saltwater markets and the local artists open their studios on the popular Artists Trail.

Location

Bundeena, New South Wales, Australia

Bundeena is a village located in the Royal National Park, just south of Sydney.
We have beautiful north facing beaches (with gentle waves, as we are on the edge of Port Hacking, where the river meets the sea.) Hordens Beach, Jibbon beach and Gunyah Beach are great for swimming.
The Coast Walk in the Royal National Park attracts many visitors, who enjoy the sandstone cliffs, whale spotting (in season) and the beautiful Australian bush.
There are other walks and places of scenic beauty within a short walk of our home. Bonnie Vale is popular for picnics, safe swimming and kayaking. The Basin is popular swimming hole. Deeban Spit is great for walks and fishing. We usually wander through this beautiful area and end up at the cafe in Maianbar for a meal or a drink before meandering back.
