Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, a sun deck at the back and plenty of comfortable couches and seating (incl Fireplace!). The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, crockery, cutlery, gas cooktop, oven and microwave. Guests have full use of the cottage laundry - washing machine, clothes dryer.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed + 1 x Single Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed

Single Rollaway bed and Porta Cot available on request.

The space
We have tried to create a cosy feel at the cottage to help guests relax and enjoy themselves, with comfy soft furnishings, a DVD library, tasteful décor, sundeck, dining for 8 as well as tasteful artwork and wall hangings decorating the interiors.

Guest access
The cottage is wheelchair friendly with only a few wide steps to navigate at the front and a ramp and single low step through French doors at the side of the house which allows easy access to the courtyard.

The cottage is situated in a quiet residential street at the end of Deloraine township, with views south towards the Great Western Tiers, but only a few minutes drive from the main street and services which includes a Woolworths supermarket, restaurants, pubs and cafes.
