Dogs can not be left on their own inside the cottage or on the decks.
Our property is in natural bushland along with the kangaroos and birds, comes the not so loved insects.
Insects, spiders, and bugs can be expected in a bush setting.
Mice are also part of the landscape and on very rare occasion have made their way indoors. Please let me know if you see a visitor so I can remedy the problem.
You can help keep them at bay by keeping food in containers or the fridge, washing dirty dishes, and wiping up spills from benches and the floor.
Keeping all fly screens close will stop the insects from flying in and keep all other indesirables out.

Hi, my name is Christine, I am somewhere in my fifties, married with 3 sons. We decided to build a cottage to meet our family requirements and then realize it would be a waste to let it just sit there between family visits and that others might like to use it as well, hence we joined Airbnb. My husband and I work as a team, he digs the holes and garden beds and I do the rest, I do love gardening and you can see the results if you ever come to visit. We are also trying to rejuvenate some areas around the creek and kill as much lantana as we can! We like to read, listen to music, movies and above all the peace and quiet we can enjoy at Tarowood.
