The yurt is situated on the edge of woodland on the Isle of Wight. If you are looking for some time out, peace and quiet this would be ideal for you.

There is access to compost toilets and a shower (within a static caravan) Outside the yurt is a two ring gas hob. There is no electric on site.
The yurt has no log burner.

The beach and high street are a 10 minute drive or 40 minute walk away.

Our chickens are often wandering the site.

Guest access

Their is a communal garden dining table and chairs that are shared between to yurts.

Interaction with guests

One of us will be available, for most of your stay, to offer any help.

Other things to note

You would need to bring a torch. To reach our space you need to drive up a small unmade road, the car park is situated at the end of the road. The yurt is a minutes walk from the car park, we have a wheelbarrow if needed to help get your luggage down and hopefully one of us will also be available to help if needed.

Karma Larma was a great stay and exactly what we were looking for. Quirky, quiet, rural and relaxing. We'd happily come back and stay for longer next time . Our daughter loved the chicken and local animals and it was a really wonderful place for kids and grown ups to kick back and relax .

Karma's yurt is peaceful and very close to nature. Steve and Julie are the most trusted people, we didn't even feel it was our first time meeting then. Thank you so much guys and good luck for your future project.

If you're looking for peace, tranquility and privacy, this really is the place to be. The yurts are amazing, the hosts so welcoming...and there's chickens too. We even saw red squirrels, along with rabbits and a visiting hedgehog. It's all of this, and the little touches of personality in the fine details around Karma Llama Woods that will make you want to go again and again. We will for sure....

Karma Llama woods is such a magical place and Steve and Julie were the perfect hosts. From the second we arrived, our girls were absolutely enchanted by the secret garden of Karma Llama. Steve was always around to help us with anything we needed, and our yurt was spotless and extremely comfortable. There was so much more available to make our stay comfortable, such as cooking equipment, shower etc. and the fairy lights, Buddhas, tree swings, chickens and fruit trees meant our girls were always entertained. We'll definitely be returning next year.

The experience in the Yurt was fantastic and Steve made sure we were well looked after. The girls felt the location was really picturesque and very quiet and secluded.

Julie was really helpful with plenty of information before we arrived. Steve met us on site, he gave us a tour of the yurt and all our facilities, he then showed us all the hard work he has been putting into it with all his future projects. Steve was really friendly, nothing was to much trouble, we had a nice chat around the fire before he left us alone to have a really nice evening sitting around the fire pit, barbequing our sausages & burgers. We had the most relaxing evening we've had for ages, without any gadgets or TV, my wife loved the yurt and my 12 year old son loved siting around the fire & chatting. Lovely quiet spot right on the edge of the woods.
