About this listing

Spacious, open plan warehouse apartment, lovely furniture. Very spacious living and dining area, two loft bedrooms with queen size beds. Two bathrooms. Beautiful, sweeping city views. 2 min walk to Richmond station- 5 mins to the city.

The space

Old heritage listed warehouse conversion. Large space, with beautiful city views. Watch the balloon fly by in the morning if you're an early riser.
Luxury for 1 or 2 people, can take 4, but both bedrooms are large lofts to embrace the views.

Guest access

Undercover parking on request and a lazy 2 minute walk to Richmond station, which is one stop from the CBD.

Interaction with guests

Where possible I will greet the guests upon arrival to hand over the key and meet again to collect the key at the end of their stay and check that all was well.

Other things to note

Please note there is no air conditioning in this apartment. There are large industrial fans and the air flow is usually good through the many windows.
There are blinds, but I tend to live with them up - the views can be seen from everywhere.

We were blown away by Linda's apartment. It has an amazing view of Melbourne, and a short walk to all the cafes, pubs and restaurants on Swan Street. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone wanting to experience Richmond from a unique perspective.

This space is truly the most unique and memorable space you'll stay in. It is true class, the layout, furniture and view is already stunning. Then you get to into bed- the linen is sensational and the bed is incredible. Linda is a perfect host, easy to communicate with and super friendly. We will find another reason to book again!

Photos don't do this place justice! 5 minute walk to the MCG and 2 minutes to beautiful Richmond restaurants. Would come back and recommend to anyone!

Don't look any further! Tanner st is where your next stay needs to be. Beautifully lit, amazing views, a cloud for a bed & so many books. This apartment was everything I expected and more. Literally a 1 minute walk to the train station or a $10 Uber ride into the city. Close to great food & coffee and the most spacious shower I've ever used! Linda was a generous host and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rate 11/10

The scale of the apartment is extraordinary: it's uplifting just to be inside it. The views are compelling from the vista to the city to the bird's eye view of the Richmond Streets laid out like a Monopoly board below. This is step second time we have stayed in this apartment complex and we are starting to think of it as our home away from home. The transport connections are brilliant: two stops to Prahan Market. Everything else is available within a five minute walk.
