This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights.
It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach.
Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

The space
It's very modern and spacious. It's a three minute walk to the beautiful Henley beach and the Henley Square which is full of restaurants, the Ramsgate Hotel and wine bars, so you can have a night out and walk home. Some venues have live music on the weekends also. Henley Square is also host to many shops and a great supermarket all all across the road.

Guest access
This studio room is detached from the main house and guests have the studio to themselves. Guests have access to their own courtyard (adjacent to the studio) with an outdoor setting.

Other things to note
The studio room is about 5 metres from the main house and there are three steps up to the front sliders where you enter the studio.
There is no off street parking at this property but if this is a problem and only for a short time then I can look at parking on the street myself for that time.
