Amazing sea views from our first floor apartment. Situated directly on the seafront with uninterrupted views of the English channel and the award winning, iconic Hastings pier. The White Rock theatre is a 3 mins away & the Old town is a short walk along the seafront, with the main town just around the corner.

Our guest describe us as a home from home, a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Other things to note
This property overlooks the sea and beach but there is a road to cross to gain access to the beach.

The property is fully electric so no carbon monoxide detector is required, due to no gas in the property

As no gas is present the hot water and heating are both electric

The heating has an on off switch in the lounge and bedroom. Then this is controlled by simply pushing up and down on the temperature control. Being underfloor heating it does produce ambient temperature that is measured under the carpet so you may wish to set it a degree or two hotter than your normal liking

The hot water is controlled by an economy 7 heated tank. This heats up overnight giving you plenty of water for the day. If you need a boost the control is in the bedroom cupboard and simply press the boost button (please do not touch the dials). It will then heat up the tank for the time selected, similar to a kettle. Once this time has passed the water will be ready.

Being directly on the seafront the door towards the apartment block can be a little difficult in bad weather. On occasions where self check in is given full details will be sent with door codes
