Hello TASHA, We thank you for your comment regarding your stay with us which was cancelled by AIRBNB and also for the rating of 1/5 for the location, cleanliness,... when you did not come to us. As a host yourself, you should know that communication with your guests is one of the most essential keys to a successful stay at AIRBNB. We have sent you several messages (AIRBNB platform, sms,...) and calls that have always remained unanswered by you. These messages (in English) contained several information to facilitate your trip (maps, free parking, equipment details,...) and you propose so that we can welcome you personally as each of our guests, 2 arrival times. Of course, we mention each time that if these 2 schedules do not suit, you can change them on simple request a few days before your arrival. We always do this and we have never had any problems with our guests. You have contacted us for the first time following a call from AIRBNB (report made by us because we were very worried to have no answer and to wait without seeing you arrive at the scheduled time). You then asked us to arrive at 6 pm for reasons of comfort (without apologizing). We are always available and understanding for our guests, but not available. This is the first time we have had no exchanges. Maybe you had an internet failure and a mobile phone problem for 2 months? AIRBNB has made a decision, and has therefore cancelled your reservation with us based on your behaviour. Keep up the good work. -------------- Bonjour TASHA, Nous vous remerçions pour votre commentaire concernant votre séjour chez nous qui à été annulé par AIRBNB et ainsi que pour l'attribution de la note de 1/5 pour l'emplacement, la propreté,... alors que vous n'êtes pas venue chez nous. Etant vous même hôte, Vvous devez savoir que la communication avec ses invités est une des clés d'un séjour réussit chez AIRBNB. Nous vous avons envoyé plusieurs messages (plateforme AIRBNB, sms,...) et appels qui sont toujours restés sans réponses de votre part. Ces messages (en anglais) contenaient plusieurs informations afin de vous faciliter votre voyage (plans, parkings gratuits, détails des équipements,...) et vous proposez afin que nous puissions vous accueillir personnellement comme chacun de nos invités, 2 horaires d'arrivée. Bien évidement, nous mentionnons à chaque fois que si ces 2 horaires ne conviennent pas, vous pouvez les changer sur simple demande quelques jours avant votre arrivée. Nous procédons toujours comme cela et nous n'avons jamais eu aucun problème avec nos invités. Vous avez pris contact avec nous pour la 1er fois suite a un appel d'AIRBNB (signalement fait par nous même car nous étions très inquiet d'être sans réponse et d'attendre sans vous voir arriver à l'heure prévue). Vous nous avez alors demandé d'arriver à 18 heures pour des raison de confort (sans présenter d'excuses). Nous sommes toujours disponible et compréhensif pour nos invités, mais pas à disposition. C'est bien la première fois que nous n'avons aucuns échanges. Peut-être avez vous eu pendant 2 mois une panne d'internet et un problème de téléphone portable ? AIRBNB à tranché, et a donc a annulé votre réservation chez nous à la vu de votre comportement. Bonne continuation.

Laurent and Sandrine are wonderful hosts and extremely helpful, they told us the best places to eat and drink and the recommendations of were fabulous. Thank you both very very much!! I would highly recommend staying here ❤️

Wonderful place. GREAT location. Right in downtown but still quiet. The only issue was that the internet sometimes did not work. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Nous sommes heureux Nick que vous ayez apprécié notre domicile durant ces 4 jours. Nous sommes désolé pour la coupure internet durant une petite heure, mais il y a des travaux sur le réseau à Narbonne pour installer la Fibre. C’était donc indépendant de nous. Notre seule regret est d'avoir retrouvé notre domicile aussi sale après votre départ précipité. Les WC remplie d’excréments (chasse d'eau non tirée), serviettes de bains utilisées comme "serpillière",... et la vaisselle même pas faite posée sur le buffet.... C'est vraiment pas respectueux et espérons donc ne pas vous revoir chez nous.

The location of the Apparent is very good and it's nice to be this close to the center! The room is quiet with windows to the courtyard and it's nicely "retro" decorated. The Hosts are very caring with nice advice for some locations around.

Nous avons pris plaisir à vous ouvrir notre chez nous. Nous avons effectivement la chance d'être en coeur de ville, tout en restant au calme et surtout au frais (immeuble en pierre). Effectivement être au centre, c'est avoir la gare et tous les commerces a proximités... Sommes heureux de vous avoir conseillé quelques bonnes adresses pour bien déjeuner à moindre prix.... même si vous disposez d'un micro-onde et surtout réfrigérateur avec compartiment 3* ... Appréciable pour quelques glaces en été :)

Lauren et Johan, ce fut un plaisir de vous ouvrir notre chez nous durant 11 JOURS et de voir que vous avez apprécié votre séjour dans notre immeuble de famille nous réconforte. Les fenêtres du logement donne sur une COURS FLEURIE, LUMINEUSE et TRES CALME ; ce qui est un véritable atout comme vous le dites et qui permet de DORMIR PAISIBLEMENT (bien que l'on soit en coeur de ville) d'autant que la LITERIE NEUVE :). La décoration de notre chez nous est à note image; faite avec coeur, SINCERITE et AUTHENTICITE ... Il est agréable de voir que vous avez profiter des vélos mis à votre disposition durant tout votre séjour. Nous espérons que toutes les bonnes adresses (restaurant, ... ) et les petits conseils vous ont été utiles. Pour nous AIRBNB est avant tout une aventure humaine faite d'échange. Good evening, we are sorry that your simple ( 1 ) night was not up to your expectations. We try to be always accommodating with our guests. We are always available for our hosts, but not on measure. You know that via airbnb, you are at the Inhabitant's. The check-in is marked for 12.00 because we work both with my husband. Having reserved by knowing the arrived in 12.00, you imposed us 17.00. The day of your reservation, we told you that we would not be present and proposed by the messaging AIRBNB several schedules of arrived; but no answers from you. There is track of our papers!!!.. To 17.00 you disturbed and rang everywhere to the point that it is our neighbors who called us to the work. It is what this behavior? You said that there is no kitchen. In what it is a discovery? It is clearly mentioned in our announcement and the tableware was never marked; How can you say that you discover it upon your arrival? I think that you do not know how to use AIRBNB. However we thank you for your remark and are going to add a small refrigerator and one microwave for the comfort of our guests. It is important to read announcements and to choose according to its needs. It shows well your lack total of seriousness with no consideration for what you reserve. You consume AIRBNB as simple low-cost hotels without respect for the place. You spent at night for only 50 euros and required quality sheet, 4 towels, shampoo, but refused to pay the small 20-euro supplement. We thus gave them to you without supplements to be pleasant to you. I believe that your disappointment is nothing in in front of ours. Besides 8 years of AIRBNB, beautiful human meetings as high as our testimonies, we have never received at our home PEOPLE SO DIRTY AND INCORRECT as you. How can we leave an apartment so destroyed in a single night? My wife cried for it when she saw our home. You had no respect for our own place of residence. We understand the remark for open them bottles. That explains 2 big bottles of alcohols emptied and left on the ground of our chamber. And for the still full glass on our night table, it is normal?. We have had to throw(cast) sheets!! You told not to have noticed a heating (at the end of April), they are nevertheless very present on photos (black radiator in cast iron of XVIII) that we did not defuse(unsettle) for you. In the view(sight) of your state, you are excused by step for having noticed them. It is about a building of family and yes we live in the building when we free(release) our apartment, our place of life. That's it also the spirit AIRBNB! Specify in your manage to switch off the light when we are more in a room(part,play) is simply of the manners and the respect for the place. We did not think that it shall shock you and we excuse it… That's why you all let light by leaving? You precipitated voluntarily your departure planned for 11.00 at 10.00 us by giving our keys in the doorway of our building and not in the apartment. We unfortunately understood why.
