About this space
This is a nicely appointed boutique studio, ideal short stay accommodation for concerts, weddings, vineyard tours, conferences or just a quiet getaway in the picturesque Hunter Valley.

Studio Admin:
• We are a small business and while every endeavour is made to provide a wide selection of brochures and contact details for restaurants, takeaways, and transport locally, we are not staffed to make these arrangements on your behalf. Happy to assist with any questions you may have.
• Check in at 2pm
• Checkout 10am (This is not negotiable particularly post Covid as we need time to strip the studio and clean for the next engagement, however we won’t be watching the clock to see you leave right on time).
• The property at Wine Country Drive is a no smoking site
• No pets
• No cooking facilities are provided, a microwave is available for warming foods.. (There are tea and coffee making facilities. A small selection of biscuits and chocolates is available for your enjoyment.)
• Cancellation of your booking requires a minimum 48 hours notice to avoid a $100 charge for studio preparation.
• Cancellation of bookings on the date of expected arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the full accommodation rate.

Fully self contained studio with modern décor. Features a queen size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, TV and a courtyard with secure parking. Situated in the beautiful wine country area, the studio is within close proximity of restaurants, some in easy walking distance, and the vineyards.

Shuttle services are easily reached by phone and brochures include details of some of these services. (Unfortunately we are not staffed to make these bookings on your behalf).
