This home is in a scenic location.
Relax at this comfortable farm-stay accomodation, with beautiful views of nature and farm animals. Only a ten minute walk into Historic Wollombi village, and close to surrounding wedding venues.
House is in two sections, each with a bathroom & kitchen / kitchenette, so suits two groups well.
Enjoy the private Gas log fire, fire pit or water tank style swimming pool (depending on the season).
For larger groups the neighbouring airbnb.com.au/h/wollombicountryhouse
can be booked.
The space
The house has a front & rear section, each with its own living room, bedrooms & bathrooms, making it well suited to two groups travelling together.
Commercially laundered white linen & towels are included. Bathroom & Pantry basics like Shampoo / Conditioner, Quality Tea & Coffee are provided.
It is a Rustic farmstay style accomodation, not suited to anyone not steady on their feet as there are uneven steps etc. There are farmyard sounds like Roosters.

Flexible check in & out times are offered whenever possible, at no additional charge.
Sole use of entire house, surrounding garden, paddock, pool etc.
Other things to note
Please don't go into the paddock with the animals or feed them without first checking with the owners.
