The space
This cozy private studio with its own bathroom is perfect for short stays, business trips, or beach getaways. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the North Miami area, the space offers comfort, privacy, and convenience. The studio is adjacent to a family-owned home, providing a welcoming and well-maintained environment while still allowing guests their own private entrance and space.
Outside, you'll find a private covered patio with a retractable awning—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. During mango season, you're also welcome to pick and enjoy fresh mangoes from our beautiful backyard tree!
Guest access
The studio is located on the left side of the house and has its own private entrance, making check-in and your stay simple and independent. If you're facing the house from the street, just follow the path to the left, toward the majestic mango tree, to reach the studio entrance.
Guests may park on the street or inside the property using the manual gate. The studio is completely private, so you can come and go at your convenience. The only shared space is the laundry room, so you may occasionally see the homeowner there. Otherwise, your stay is entirely private, and we're always just a message away if you need anything.
The laundry room is conveniently located just outside the studio. Simply walk through the white gate beside the studio entrance, and you'll find the laundry room immediately to your right. The laundry rooms door remains unlocked for your convenience , while the door leading into the main house remains locked. We ask to please keep laundry room’s door closed.
Beyond the laundry area is a fenced backyard reserved for the homeowners and our dog. We kindly ask guests not to enter this space. We appreciate your understanding and ask that guests enjoy only the designated guest areas.

Once checked in, guests can easily contact us through the Airbnb app at any time. We are quick to respond and happy to assist with anything needed during your stay.
