Forming part of the prestigious Queens Wharf building designed by Terence Conran and his City Lofts concept, here we have possibly the most luxurious and trendy Apartment of its kind in this centrally located part of Town. We have been in the corporate letting business for 15 years and know what our guests expect, our 5 star reviews and excellent customer service are testament to this. The Apartment is situated on the 5th floor complete with elevator. The Apartment comes complete with everything you could possibly need or want for, a real home from home; Fibre Broadband, Full SKY TV Package including BT Sport and Netflix, 65" 4K Samsung Smart TV, Sonos Playbar and Sub for that truly awesome surround sound. Large floor to ceiling windows. Large living room with open concept kitchen, island bar with Laptop power points and USB ports including two adjustable bar stools. We also have a high top dining table with 4 individual bar stools. Very large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. King size memory foam mattress, 4 pillows, bedside cabinets with individual bed lamps. Full length mirror and Hair dryer provided. Huge storage cupboard inclusive of basket drawers and coat hangers. Small vanity desk and chair also provided. Twin bedroom is also large with 2 single beds. Two bedside tables with individual bed lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Second full bathroom with bath/shower. Large Hallway with Coat Stand and Storage Cupboard containing Iron and Board, Hoover and Travel Cot. Fabulous Pubs/Restaurant 2 minutes’ walk form the apartment. The Oracle shopping centre with View Cinema is just 5 min walk along the canal pathway. The apartment is very quiet for being centrally located. It's a 10-12 min walk to the main Reading Train station that links directly to Paddington Station in London and a Rail Air Link to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. The Canal pathway runs along towards Sonning & the Thames River; this you can walk, jog, or cycle on.. canalside pubs and pick-nick spots along the way, houseboats and the rowing club. All shops are within 10 min walk; Large Oracle Shopping Centre, John Lewis, Debenhams, House of Fraser, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Boots, medical clinics, clothing shops, flower markets, outside cafe's, outdoor pedestrian mall area, Starbucks, Pret, cute Brasseries & Pubs all around. Location wise, it doesn't get any better! Plus a secured Parking space for 1 car within gated confines.
If second bedroom is used, with only 2 people booked in the reservation, I will have to add an additional cleaning charge, for the additional time/costs for laundering of the bedding. Thanks for understanding.

Interaction with guests
I am based in London but there is an onsite concierge and I am readily available telephone/email 24/7. You will find me extremely responsive; I do this for a living as a corporate provider of accommodation throughout the UK. It is important to me to receive excellent feedback/reviews so please let me know if there is anything that you are not happy about and I will do my utmost to fix it immediately. The owner and Co-Host of this apartment lives in Reading and is also on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Other things to note
I am trying to think of something negative, something that will impact your stay. I honestly can not think of a single thing and if anybody else can it will be rectified! We are only as good as our last review and to date they have all been 5 Star which we strive to continue to recieve. This is an exceptionally nice and comfortable apartment with every conceivable appliance to hand for your use and I am opening it up to you.. so please treat it respectfully :)

Myself and my Co-Host Barry love to travel, France, Italy, Spain being favorites, and we both have a huge soft spot for South Africa and in particular Cape Town. We are both food & wine lovers, workaholics and fitness freaks when it suits us, Barry definitely more than me. Running along any body of water is one of our preferred pastimes, we sometimes do it together. The canal our 2 Apartments sit on being a particular favourite. There is a great little pub along the route and on occasion, we have been known to cut a run short and take an over extended pit stop, which can often turn into a kind of complete voluntary surrender. Our two apartments are in such a fantastic location, you don't even need a car. Reading Station is a 12 min walk along the canal to the town centre. Vue movie theatre and all the high street suspects are at the Oracle Shopping Centre, a mere 7min walk away. Literally everything is within a stones throw! Both apartments are very spacious, floor to ceiling windows, but new wooden blinds to cosy it up at night if you want. If you do book either my place or Barry's, we hope you enjoy them as much as we do when we actually do get the opportunity to stay there! We are both extremely conscientious and are constantly monitoring standards. 5* reviews are very important to us and as you can see, we are definitely doing something right as we have maintained these standards pretty well to date. We are both extremely responsive and you will find communicating with us very easy. We have been in the industry for years, we understand your needs and requirements, looking after our guests is second nature to us and in our own modest opinions, we are very good at it.
