This bright oceanfront chalet is secluded, quiet, all about nature and just 20 minutes to Halifax. 2 bedrooms, open concept, modern, two small decks (one on the ocean). It's made for hiking, yoga, relaxing and oceanfront living.

The house is 1300 ft2.

The Woodstove is not for guest use, the heat pump and passive solar heat will keep you warm in winter.

The space
This bright oceanfront chalet is secluded, quiet, all about nature and just 20 minutes to Halifax. 2 bedrooms, open concept, new construction, several decks. It's a great place for hiking, yoga, relaxing and oceanfront living. Never had an unhappy guest, check in!

The chalet feels like the middle of nowhere, it is the middle of nowhere, but you can be downtown for all that Halifax has to offer in 25 minutes- great dining, brilliant music, art or business. Some of the furniture is homemade, some modern. Theres a stereo, wifi, and a well-equiped kitchen with some very rustic features on the outside. See (website hidden) for more pics and details. I'm a teacher and a father of an 8 year old girl.

I love anything to do with music, being outdoors, time with friends and family, sports, arts, the ocean and anything to do with nature and fresh air. I play hockey, run, paint badly, play guitar, love to travel and much more. While my life is busy, too busy, I work hard at minimalism in my homes. Everything you'll need but not too much more.

As a host, I offer my place to you for yourself. I meet you upon arrival and fill you in on the place (I have 2 separate places advertised here) and let you be. I'm easy to contact though- quick response with texting, calling or email, in order- if you need something.

I also know NS really well and have tons of ideas for things to do, restos, music venues,etc..

Both places are fully set up for everything you'll need including things like condiments, bedding, towels,wifi, etc..
