The space
This listing is for the lower level of my expansive riverfront Hamptons-style Queenslander home, set on a generous half-acre plot just 3km from Brisbane City Centre. It is a completely separate guest house arrangement with its own private entrance, driveway, and gates. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the pool, gardens, and BBQ area.

All the bedrooms have lounges/armchairs in them. The largest bedroom has been set up like a lounge with a large 4 seater suite, tv, coffee table and a queen bed.

Laze around in the airy oversized rooms, or sip on wine on the cool breezy wide Hamptons style decks whilst soaking up river and city views.

I occupy the upstairs section. I don’t use the pool or bbq area whilst guests are staying - so it’s yours to enjoy ☺️

Wifi (off course), enjoy cool river breezes on the deck or sit inside in the comfort of fully ducted aircon, off street parking for 2 cars, go for a dip in the terracotta tilled oversized pool, maybe you can cook on the built in the fully functional outdoor BBQ area, take a soak in the freestanding bath.

Other things to note
This is a smoke free house.
No parties.
Quiet time 9pm-8am.
You are only booking the downstairs section of the house and NOT the entire house.
There is no oven in the in kitchen.
